By 1998 the bakery had gained a reputation of having quality products and delivering in an efficient manner. In 1999 they moved to a new location where they built a building fit for a fully-fledged bakery. In the year 2000, one of the friends bought over the shares of his partner and became a family owned bakery that came to be known as Casa Pan Dulce Bakery.
From a smallĀ island bakery to new markets into mainland Belize.
By the year 2000, San Pedro Ambergris Caye had already become the fastest growing municipality in the country and so did Casa Pan Dulce Bakery. With the main branch and a second retail outlet in the heart of the bustling downtown, Casa Pan Dulce Bakery grew from a staff of 5 to a staff of 20 with 3 vehicles to supply restaurants, hotels and grocery stores.
By 2009 Casa Pan Dulce Bakery had already established itself as the bakery of choice in baked products as well as there well known decorated cakes department (winners of the 2009 BTB Cake decorating Award). In 2010 Casa Pan Dulce Bakery made the leap of opening their second bakery in the capital Belmopan. By 2013 their third branch was opened in the western towns of Santa Elena San Ignacio.
Today, Casa Pan Dulce Bakery supplies baked products to the entire Cayo District as well as way down south to the well-known tourist town of Placencia and the bustling port village of Independence.
